In order to further fund and grow its operations in India, Europa Strategic Partners is issuing a Corporate Bond, which is open to private individuals and corporates. It is also available through a wide range of self-administered pensions. The key features of the Europa Strategic Partners Corporate Bond include:

40% Return – 48 Month Term

 
• Capital and Interest repaid at the end of the 4 year term
• Your capital sum is supported with a full, unconditional and irrevocable personal guarantee
• Open to private funds and corporate funds
• 100% allocation rates, no additional management charges
• Open to a wide range of self-administered pensions including; PRSAs, SSASs, Buy-out Bonds/Retirement Bonds, SIPPs, ARFs and AMRFs
• For retirees, the ESP Corporate Bond will make annual payments over the four-year term.
• This is applicable only to holders of an ARF/AMRF or a Vested PRSA. Capital repaid after 4 years. Annual returns as follows:
  Year one 10%, Year two 10%, Year three 10%, Year four 10%
• Unit Trust fees are paid by ESP on behalf of the Corporate Bond holder
